We raised $43,000.00 at the 2018 Indy Disney Meet!!!!
If you were not able to make it to the Meet, and in advance of next year's event, please consider making a contribution online to help send children with life-threatening illnesses to Give Kids the World Village and the Central Florida theme parks.

All About Indy Disney Meet
Below is info pertaining to the past 2018 Indy Disney Meet to give you an idea of what to expect next year.

This FREE*, super fun, Disney gathering is perfect for the whole family. Enjoy games, food, dole whips, crafts, displays, presentations and more. *Please consider making a small monetary donation or bringing a store bought food or covered dish with a full ingredients list for our pitch-in style buffet table.
Fundraising: We will raise funds for Give Kids the World through raffles, silent auctions, 50/50, direct donations and other fundraising activities.
We had such a blast filling the larger main halls of the Hamilton Co. Fairgrounds last year that we're going to do it again!!!
Online bidding:We're going digital! But don't worry, you can still see all of the silent auction items in person just like in years past. Also new this year, you have an option to pay for shipping which means if you are unable to attend, you can still bid and win amazing Disney items all while benefitting GKTW. Be sure to check out the auction's webpage to see the items, register to bid, and make payments. For those of you at the Indy Disney Meet, see our silent auction volunteers for assistance and be sure to bring your cell phones or other digital devices for bidding. Lou Mongello: Lou is a speaker, coach, author, entrepreneur, Disney expert and host of WDW Radio with Lou Mongello.
Lou Mongello will bring his Disney expertise to our main stage this year.
Come listen and chat with him at the meet.
Win a Walt Disney World Vacation: This incredible vacation includes:

Tickets for your chance to win this dream vacation can only be purchased at the Indy Disney Meet for $20 each. You may purchase multiple tickets to increase your chances. You do not need to be present to win. Airfare is not included.
More Food: In addition to pitch-in food items, we will have Meijer fried chicken, deli sandwiches, wraps, veggie and fruit trays, Chick-fil-A nuggets, Papa John's Pizza, Perkins mini-muffins, chips and salsa from Aspen Creek, pasta dishes and breadsticks from BoomBozz Pizza, and other store bought items thanks to generous donations by each location and sponsor donors.
Presentations: This year we will have 2 main presenters in our new Studio A113 room. Guests can listen to Disney Insider, Jim Hill, during one presentation and author of The Wisdom of Walt and Beyond the Wisdom of Walt, Jeff Barnes, during the another. More guests will also present in Studio A113 throughout the day, so be sure to check in and see who has popped in.
Expo: We will once again have an expo area where guests can meet Disney podcasters, bloggers, vloggers, experts, authors, travel agents and more. Be sure to check it out for a chance to win an additional prize!
Raffle: Each guest will receive 1 FREE raffle ticket upon entry. Wear your mouse ear hats and receive 2 more FREE raffle tickets! Additional raffle tickets are only $1.00 each or $5.00 for 6, and 100% of the proceeds is donated to Give Kids the World Village.
Silent Auction: Our silent auction will close in multiple stages to allow you to bid on more items!!!
Activities Hall: Our Activities Hall has lots of hands on entertainment including a selfie booth, face painting, nail painting, DJ, character meet and greets, games and more. This Hall is for kids of ALL ages. Grown Ups, don't hesitate to join in the fun!
Princesses: Princesses from Once Upon a Princess will keep children entertained throughout the Meet with various activities. Guest will also have an opportunity to pose for pictures during a structured meet and greet time.
501st Legion: Members of the 501st Legion will once again make an appearance bringing characters from a galaxy far, far away! Guests can find their dark side and use the force while posing for pictures during structured meet and greet times.
R2-M5, Rusty: Everyone was excited to see the droid roaming the halls and delighting guests as he interacted with adults and children at previous Meets. We look forward to his return.
VR Experience: Feel like you're soaring in a hot air balloon in an immersive virtual reality setting.
Podcasters and Vloggers: We will have a variety of local and nationally known podcasters and vloggers at the Meet. Some of those that will attend are Backside of Magic Podcast, Behind the Ears Podcast, Be Our Guest Podcast, Behind the Ears Podcast, Dis Explorers, Disney with Lisa, DubDeeDub Review Podcast, Give Kids the World, Happily Ever Disney, Jeff Barnes, Jim Hill, Kenny the Pirate, Lou Mongello, Man of the Mouse, Roxy Darr, The Five(ish) Fangirls Podcast, The Lemons Sisters, and many more.
